Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), our CRM, forms and booking system (HighLevel / LeadConnector), automation (Make), team messaging (Slack), email and documents (Google Workspace), website analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and advertising platforms (Meta and TikTok). Some providers are based outside the UK; where personal data is transferred, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. We never sell personal data. Where you ask about services provided by our sister company SugarNova, we may share your enquiry with SugarNova Ltd.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Client records are kept for six years after the end of our contract, for tax and legal purposes. Analytics data is kept for the period set in each tool.
